How and when do I get paid?
Weekly, automatically, via Stripe Connect. You keep 70% of every booking — deposited straight to your account. No invoicing, no chasing.
Why 70/30 — what does Trylo's 30% cover?
Payment processing, the booking platform, support, and the discovery that brings you new students. Most marketplaces pay studios 40–50%; we pay 70%.
Do I have to discount my classes?
Never. There's no forced discounting — you set your own price. We're built for full-price creative bookings, not bargain-hunting.
Why is there a $35 class minimum?
It protects studio pricing across the marketplace and keeps the category from racing to the bottom — so your work is valued, not commoditized.
Will there ever be a monthly fee?
Your first 3 months are free. After that a modest monthly fee may apply. Whatever happens, your 70% payout split never changes, and there's no long-term lock-in.
What would that fee cover?
Two things: keeping the platform fast and reliable, and promoting you— Studio & Artist spotlights and on-site event coverage that put your space in front of new students.
Will it replace my current booking system?
No. Trylo runs alongside what already works for you. Think of it as a new customer-acquisition channel — not a system to rip out.
What do I need to get started?
Just your studio info, a profile, your classes, and payout setup. Our onboarding flow walks you through it — most studios are live within a day.
